Love My Bilingual Angels Group Family Daycare ("the Company") takes the safety and well-being of all children in our care very seriously. By enrolling your child in our daycare program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Security Camera Usage/Video of Children
The Company may have security cameras installed on the premises for the safety and security of all children and staff. By enrolling your child in our daycare program, you consent to the use of these security cameras and understand that video footage may be used for security purposes only.
Sleeping Arrangements
The Company will provide a safe and comfortable sleeping environment for your child during naptime. However, please be aware that the Company cannot guarantee that your child will sleep through the entire naptime. By enrolling your child in our daycare program, you acknowledge and accept these sleeping arrangements.
Medical Consent
In the event of a medical emergency, the Company will make every effort to contact you or the emergency contact listed on your child's enrollment form. However, in the event that we are unable to reach you or the emergency contact, you authorize the Company to seek medical treatment for your child, including transportation to a medical facility if necessary.
Infant Feeding Schedule
If your child is an infant and requires feeding during the daycare hours, please provide all necessary supplies (milk, bottles, etc.) and instructions for feeding. The Company will follow the feeding schedule and instructions you provided to the best of our ability.
By enrolling your child in Love My Bilingual Angels Group Family Daycare, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver/disclaimer. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
